Therapy is a space in which we think about you, and in doing so, co-create a hopeful space, to cultivate change to support your emotional and mental wellbeing.
I have a special interest in sexual trauma, trauma recovery and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I also have experience in supporting neuro-diverse children, young adults, and their families in various educational environments.
Life can sometimes be challenging. In our work together, we will focus on how to navigate these challenging moments by first highlighting, exploring and then employing, your internal resources and strengths. We will then combine these with external resources within your family and community to support your wellbeing. Together, we will identify specific needs and explore ways in which these needs can be met.
I work with people from all walks of life that are experiencing emotional difficulties (e.g., depression / anxiety/ anger management issues), or difficult life circumstances (e.g., divorce/ immigration / grief).
