Coercive Control Relationship Abuse Counselling : emotional, psychological, coercive, controlling, physical and sexual

Expert Relationship Abuse, Coercive Control, Family Violence/Abuse  Education & Family Violence/Abuse Supervision

As a Relationship Abuse Counsellor, Clinical Supervisor and Educator, I know that most abuse within relationships is not always physical or sexual. Most relationship abuse is psychological, emotional, coercive and controlling.

I have worked with people impacted by relationship abuse and relationship power imbalances since 2007, what I know is that being in an abusive relationship can be confusing and isolating. Many of my clients say that they feel like a ‘shadow’ of who they used to be. I work with women to understand the complexity of abuse tactics and to rebuild a strong sense of self.
