Whole clinic/premises including 3 consulting rooms now available for exclusive use 2 days per week Monday & Friday (can potentially re-arrange ourselves to make the 2 days monday/tuesday or thursday/friday).

Our cosy psychology clinic is tucked down a quiet cul-de-sac in Parnell, just off Parnell Rise & a stones throw from the train station. We operate as a group psychology practice Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, leaving our clinic with 3 consulting rooms available to sub-lease on a Monday and a Friday (plus weekends).

The premises has street level entry and is freshly renovated with a goal of creating a calm & cosy therapeutic space for our clients. The space consists of a waiting area, bathroom, staff kitchen with fridge & Nespresso machine, AC/heat pump, and 3 consulting/therapy/meeting rooms (couch, armchair, desk+chair, wall clock, side tables, soft furnishings, heater, fan).

Would suit e.g. a small group practice or collective of psychologists, counsellors, dieticians, allied health therapists etc 

OR would also suit a small business wanting 1-2 days per week to work on-site together with meeting rooms.

Price includes rent of the furnished room, wifi, all OPEX bills, electricity, weekly clean, and general consumables such as tissues & bathroom supplies. Small lockers are available to store personal items if wanted. Printing is available for a small per-page fee, on an honesty system.

Plenty of on-street AT parking in the cul-de-sac for clients.

Available: Mondays, Fridays & weekends

Lease: 12 month initial sub-lease term, then 6-monthly rolling.

Cost: $1,250+GST per month per day for the whole clinic (3 consulting rooms), Mondays & Fridays available (works out at ~$96+GST per room per day)
25% discount applies to weekend days.
