Sarah is the Founder and Managing Clinic Director at Totally Psyched. She has over ten years experience as both a Psychologist and leader across a variety of settings, all specialising in working with children, adolescents and their families.
Sarah maintains a small clinical caseload, working with children, adolescents and families across a variety of areas and is particularly interested in working with families affected by neurodevelopmental delays (ADHD & ASD) and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
Dayna is positive, encouraging and calm, with a great sense of humour and a passion for supporting young people to reach their potential and overcome their difficulties. She values collaboration, consultation and a partnered approach with the families she works with.
Dayna is experienced in providing assessment and therapeutic intervention for children, adolescents and young adults who present with a wide range of mental health concerns, including and specialising in emotional dysregulation, eating disorders, trauma and abuse, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, anxiety disorders and dissociative disorders.
Courtney has extensive experience working with older children and adolescents. She is passionate about working with young people and takes a therapeutic stance of curiosity, respect and collaboration.
Courtney understands how daunting counselling can be for young people, and works to create a safe space that empowers her clients to have a sense of agency over the problems they are struggling with. She holds the belief that clients possess many skills, values, strengths and hopes that will assist them in reducing the influence of problems on their lives, and prides herself on this strengths based approach.
Courtney is passionate about supporting her clients in a range of issues including anxiety, school related issues, relationships, anger, identity, self esteem, depression, grief and loss, and self harming behaviours.
Jo is a warm and friendly Intern Counselling Psychologist. She loves working with children, teens and their families, enabling and empowering them to develop tools to enhance their personal, social and educational functioning.
