I am an NZAC-registered counsellor living and working in north Otago.
I’m available for in-person counselling from my office in Ōamaru, or remotely anywhere in Aotearoa.
I can support you with both short-term, solutions-focused sessions as well as longer-term support for a range of issues.

Fees
I havr limited availability for private clients in 2025. I offer a sliding scale between $100-$120 a session depending on what the client can sustainably afford.
What to expect
- In your first session, I will do a short assessment and find out about you and what your goals are in counselling. This is a chance for us to establish a relationship and see if we're a good fit.
- We'll decide on the number of sessions and book them in. This is a good way to keep the focus on what you want support with and gives us a structure to work with. If you feel you need more sessions after this initial block then we can continue to work together.
