A bit about me –

I am Pākehā, from Scotland, and been living and working in Aotearoa New Zealand for 20+ years. My experience supporting others includes a variety of community, academic, and prison settings. I am dedicated to client-centered and empowering practice.

Sometimes we aren’t really sure what the issues are or have trouble putting it in to words – I can help with that. We will work in partnership to help you be how you want to be in the world.
