Have you ever wondered how you can elevate your capacity to help others in your profession? Or do you ever feel like you’ve now hit a wall and are in need of innovative strategies to help you cope with life’s daily challenges? Look no further as we bring you Insight Focused Neurotherapy!
Insight Focused Neurotherapy draws on well-researched neuroscience concepts and mindfulness principles to bring you an integrative therapeutic model that aims to harness the brain’s innate capacity for transformative change. The IFnT framework incorporates findings from neuroscience, longevity research, mindfulness, neuroplasticity, epigenetics and bio-cellular research with well-known concepts in the psychology field such as Attachment Theories, Developmental and Polyvagal Theories, and many more. This introductory course will give you an understanding of how these various concepts and principles are integrated into the framework. In these two days, you will embark on a journey of learning how to be intentionally attuned to the body and mind, while gaining some practical skills to help you address presenting issues in a curious, loving, open, accepting, and kind way.
This is a stand-alone introductory course, but if you’re interested in completing our full IFnT course in 2025, it will also be advantageous to attend this course as the Level 2 and 3 sessions build on the concepts introduced in these introductory sessions.
Whether you’re in a people-helping profession or you’re looking for a way to attain transformative growth, this training workshop will hopefully impart you with some new insights.
