Kia Ora! I’m Leticia, originally from Brazil, and I’ve proudly called New Zealand home since 2017.

I believe that integrating mental and physical health is key to creating lasting, positive change. My approach is holistic and person-centered. With my background in psychology and health coaching, I aim to provide compassionate, practical support for individuals seeking balance and resilience in their mental and physical health.

Background and Experience

With over 15 years of experience in corporate settings, I’m dedicated to helping both individuals and organizations reach their goals. In my Human Resources roles, I focused on mental health and wellbeing, developing initiatives to foster a positive, supportive environment and providing confidential support for employees navigating life’s challenges.

Now, in private practice, I work closely with clients to help them overcome obstacles, build resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth.

As a Professional Member of both the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC) and Health Coaches Australia and New Zealand (HCANZA), I integrate evidence-based counselling techniques with practical lifestyle strategies to help clients achieve lasting, positive change. I draw upon a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Positive Psychology. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and equipped with practical tools to achieve meaningful, lasting change.
