Imogen Parry

Registered Psychotherapist

Hi! I’m Imogen (she/her), a psychotherapist based in Grey Lynn, Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. I work in-person and online with people aged 18+ experiencing a range of difficulties – including challenges that are long standing or recurring.

When things are difficult, and we are stuck, hurting, or afraid, psychotherapy can help us find a way forward. However, this process isn’t easy – getting to know the distressed parts of ourselves is brave and, at times, painful work. So, it’s important to find the right therapist for you.

With this person by your side, psychotherapy can be transformative. Over time, effective therapy can diminish suffering; cultivate self-acceptance, pride, and a sense of aliveness; and help you feel close, connected, and safe with others.

To learn more about me and what working together might look like, please reach out. We’ll begin by arranging a phone call, which is offered at no cost. This will allow the two of us to start thinking about whether I’m the right therapist for you at this time.
