I am a registered Psychotherapist based on the North Shore, working out of a warm, welcoming practice at the Medical Village in Milford.
Psychotherapy with me is a space where you can bring whatever is on your mind. I am to provide a safe, compassionate, and culturally grounded environment where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and empowered to explore what matters most to you.
Psychotherapy is a collaborative process where we work together to uncover the patterns shaping our lives, make sense of our experiences, and discover new ways to navigate challenges. It is more than just a conversation—it is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and find clarity, balance, and a renewed sense of direction.
My clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including community mental health services such as Auckland Integrated Health, the Auckland City Mission – Te Whare Hinatore, and my current work with Respect, where I support individuals affected by family harm or intimate partner violence. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the unique challenges people face and the transformative potential of psychotherapy.
My practice is also informed by my years of service in primary school education and my studies in special needs and visual arts, which have enriched my understanding of human development, creativity, and resilience.
No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to walk it alone. If you’re ready to explore the next steps, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to walking alongside you.
