"I've thought about doing some training around eating disorders for some years so it was great to have the opportunity. I really liked having a NZ presenter and I appreciated Marion's willingness to share so much of her knowledge and resources. The workshop gave me a great overview of ED and my role when I have a client with potentially having an ED. A really practical and informative workshop." Linda. Counsellor.
"I left this training feeling grateful. It had to be one of the best trainings I have been too!" Rob. Odyssey Advanced Practitioner.
"I left this workshop feeling that I had a deeper understanding of the disordered eating I have been seeing with some of the young people I support and now have some new ideas around how to support them better. my top take-homes were around new therapies for eating disorders such as CBT-E and not recommending FBT as a treatment alone. Also the information regarding hunger cues and needing to eat in a more mechanical way ie. three meals a day even when you don't feel hungry." Kasmira. Community Support Worker - Child & Youth.
