This safe and inviting space would be suitable for a range of therapists in private practice, including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Psychotherapists and Counsellors.  It is large enough to function as a small studio for yoga or pilates.  There is the option of renting this space for the purposes of writing residency,  or similar.

The cottage is well maintained but has retained its rustic charm, and is a comfortable and warm space.  The cottage has one large ground-level room, a kitchen and separate bathroom.  There is plenty of space in the converted loft, which is accessible by a stair ladder.

There is a carport for off-street parking, but there is also on-street parking available on this quiet street.

Available: on a full-time or part-time pro-rata basis.

Cost: Full-time rental is $350 per week (+GST), including utilities (rates, power and water).  Ultra-fast Fibre is available on-site.
