Background and Experience

I have psychotherapy experience working with individuals and groups in both the public sector and private practice, providing a diverse range of therapeutic support. My expertise includes training in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), where I focus on teaching clients essential skills to manage emotions, improve relationships, and reduce self-destructive behaviors. Additionally, I have received training in Mentalization-Based Treatment, which helps individuals better understand and interpret their own and others’ mental states, enhancing interpersonal effectiveness and emotional regulation. This combination of approaches allows me to provide tailored care to clients facing a variety of challenges.
