Counselling/Therapy (Psychosynthesis)

I offer a confidential, supportive, non-judgmental space to help you navigate what is troubling you. Areas of particular focus include:

  • depression
  • anxiety
  • trauma
  • grief
  • relationship conflict
  • work/life balance, career challenges, and redundancy
  • life transitions
  • existential or spiritual crises

Counselling/therapy approach

My approach is grounded in Psychosynthesis. Psychosynthesis is a holistic practice that focusses on integrating inner conflict, and connecting us more deeply with our life’s purpose.  Our inner experiences in body, feelings, mind and spirit inform and guide us in action. Aided by the therapeutic relationship, the awareness and capacity to encounter and engage with our lives grows.

In our first session, we will explore what brings you to counselling/therapy and touch on the your history and life course that shape your worldview and where you are at right now. This helps inform me of how I can help. You will also get an experience of me and my working style. At the end of the session, we will consider any ongoing work together that may be most supportive for you, whether that be short-term counselling or longer-term therapy.

About me

I am passionate about facilitating meaningful change. I have worked in counselling for over 8 years. Alongside my private practice, I also offer leadership coaching and organisational consultancy. Outside of working as a counsellor, I have been a public servant leading policy, organisational strategy and change.
