My name is Anna (she/her). Are life’s challenges leaving you feeling anxious, sad, resigned, or angry, affecting how you feel about yourself and others?

I work with people from all walks of life, who want change and growth, but feel unsure where to start.

I will work with you to explore your experiences, thoughts, and feelings, identifying what’s working well and what isn’t, the areas that flow, and those that feel stuck.

We’ll uncover what truly matters to you so you can approach life with greater freedom, courage, and intention. Change takes effort, but with understanding, commitment, and support, you can shape your life instead of feeling bound by old habits or fears.

FAQs

Q How do I start?

- Once we have had a 15-minute phone consultation we can book the first session. At that first session, we can talk about your goals and answer questions you may have about the process.
- After that, we will book weekly sessions of 50 minutes duration. If I believe another therapist may be better for you, in consultation with you, I will refer you.

Q Do I need short or long term therapy?

- If you would like to work on a specific goal or issue or have had a distressing life event such as separation or redundancy, short-term therapy may be for you.  This usually takes between 6 - 12 sessions. 
- For more long-standing or recurring concerns, ongoing therapy that uncovers your core beliefs, emotions, and attitudes is appropriate.
