Brent (Tohi) Tohiariki

Psychotherapist

A warm welcome to you. All of who you are is welcome with me.

My online psychotherapy sessions combine ‘top-down’ and ‘bottom-up’ therapeutic approaches to foster deep, lasting emotional change. Depending on your nature, some people prefer a particular way of experiencing counselling and others another way. Whether its mind, body or spirit, I am here to provide secure, steadfast support, which I believe is ultimately, integrating those parts of ourselves that we all struggle with, at some point in our journey in this precious existence. Difficulties are not life sentences; and we all share a birthright to feel whole and at peace with what is.

“Unless you make the unconscious, conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate” – Carl Jung
