 A light and sunny room  in Wellington’s CBD at 47 Haining Street

Available: 

• 3 days a week at present
• Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

Great features:

• Parking in the surrounding streets, including the carpark at the top of Tory street
• Furnished in my slightly old world style and still not being completed, as funds allow
• Fibre/internet available on the floor, I Hotspot off my cellphone to keep my overall costs down

Costs:

• Daily rate is $45 GST incl.
• Individual days are fine.
