By working together, we can create a stronger path toward the life you want.

You and your relationships—whether with intimate partners, family, or friends—matter! When you are dealing with anxiety, trauma, loneliness, or other emotional pain, your well-being and that of those around you can be affected. I offer a safe and nurturing space to explore and address your feelings.

Adults, teens, couples and families are welcome in-person or online.

I can help you:

  • gain clarity about what is underlying your distress
  • achieve emotional relief by being a place you say whatever is on your mind
  • develop strategies to manage unhelpful behaviours
  • improve communication between you and others
  • work out ways to resolve issues where you can feel comfortable with the outcome
  • strengthen your relationships
  • gain personal growth and resilience
  • feel more at peace
  • lead a life that aligns with your values and who you really are

Couples Counselling

Couples therapy (relationship counselling) supports intimate partners to have healthier, quality relationships. If overwhelming emotions are affecting your connection, relationship counselling can improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen your bond. In couples counselling I ensure fairness. Because you are two unique individuals with your own couple dynamics, I will tailor our sessions to ensure that both of you feel confident that your needs are being taken into account.

My Counselling Approach

Seeking counselling shows your courage and strength. Through collaborative counselling adapted to your unique needs and situation I will genuinely care about your journey and feel privileged to support you. To ensure you feel safe and comfortable, I bring authenticity, warmth, and compassion to our sessions. With no judgement, I offer gentle guidance, valuable insights, and even lightheartedness.
