Life can be overwhelming, and when we face difficult circumstances, it can feel as though the weight of our experiences holds us back from living fully. My role as a psychologist is to walk alongside you on your healing journey, offering a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.
I specialize in working with individuals who have faced trauma, whether it’s rooted in past abuse, sexual trauma, grief, or sudden life changes. I also support those experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or navigating the complexities of trauma recovery.
Trauma can leave us feeling disconnected—from ourselves, from others, and from the world around us. Together, we will work to rebuild those connections, at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based techniques, and a deep belief in the strength and resilience within each person.
Healing is not just about addressing pain; it’s about rediscovering hope, reclaiming joy, and reconnecting with your inner sense of self. I am here to help you navigate this journey, offering guidance, tools, and support along the way.
If you’re ready to take the first step toward healing, I’m here to help you move forward. You are not alone.
