The room is located in the Kapiti Impact Hub building, a few minutes walk from the Paraparaumu Railway station/ Coastlands. The whole building is wheelchair accessible and is shared by various community agencies and people in private practice.

The lease includes all general outgoings and access to a small staff kitchen as well as a main waiting area. Wi-Fi is not included but can be accessed at additional cost. Limited parking spaces are available for tenants on Kapiti Impact Hub grounds as well as street parking.

Availability: Currently available Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Weekends (although other days might be negotiable)

Costs:

• rent per month incl. GST
• $128.90 for 1 day a week
• $227.80 for 2 days a week
• $336.70 for 3 days a week
