We'll start by discussing any updates or changes since our last meeting; then, we'll work through the main issues you're facing, employing therapeutic techniques that fit your goals. We'll conclude by summarizing our discussion and possibly setting goals or tasks to work on before our next session.

Q How do you measure progress in therapy?

Progress is measured through regular check-ins during our sessions, where we'll discuss changes in your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours. Additionally, I use assessments at different points to evaluate specific improvements and adjust our therapy plan as needed.
