I specialise in longer term psychotherapy, as well as more medium term emotionally focused counselling.
I offer an honest and caring therapeutic relationship, aimed at knowing yourself really well and creating sustainable change. We work on how to observe and balance feeling, thinking and embodied parts of self. This allows less anxiety, more clarity of thought, better emotional expression and resilience, stability and vitality, alongside improved connection with others.
I see adults, 28 years of age and older.
