I am a registered clinical psychologist helping individuals to understand life’s challenges whilst working towards positive changes and a meaningful existence.
I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. My research and personal interests are in migration, identity, gender, culture and women’s health.
Life can be incredibly challenging at times, particularly during major changes and life transitions. Recently, there have been many stressors in the world which have impacted us in many ways, can be difficult to understand and process. Therapy can help individuals to understand problems that occur in our lives and work on ways to cope whilst still reaching for our aspirations.
Our relationships can play a role on how we understand ourselves, the world and others and the therapeutic relationship can facilitate and bring about positive change with other people. I aim to help you understand what is important in your life and what steps are needed to guide you in that direction and live a meaningful life.
Our first session will focus on understanding what brought you to therapy and hopes around this. Sessions will be specific to your needs, can be short or long term and related to what’s important to you.
