In response to the challenges we face, we can sometimes get stuck and experience difficulties that get in the way of living the kind of life that we want. I provide a safe space to explore life’s challenges, so that you may live a life with meaning and vitality.
People may consider therapy for a variety of reasons – to make sense of past and current experiences; to explore and understand thoughts and feelings; to develop effective coping strategies for current challenges; to improve relationships and interact with others more effectively; to identify what is important and discover new possibilities.
To support you on your journey, I provide person-centred psychological therapy with a warm, collaborative and non-judgmental approach.
In addition to my private practice, I am also employed by Waitemata District Health Board as a Clinical Psychologist, involving the psychological assessment and treatment of individuals with moderate-to-severe mental health difficulties.
