I am a Pākeha clinical psychologist providing remote therapy to people across Aotearoa. I work with adults experiencing a range of life challenges and mental health difficulties, including:
I am warm, nonjudgemental, and genuine, and strive to create a space where you will feel safe to share your experiences. I am passionate about helping you learn about yourself, overcome feeling stuck, and develop skills and strategies, so that you can ride the waves of life with a sense of presence, resilience and purpose.
I strive to be neurodiversity, gender, sexuality, and ethical non-monogamy affirming in my practice. I recognise that wellbeing is shaped by societal, historical, and cultural contexts, and I’m committed to offering holistic, trauma-informed, and tailored support that acknowledges these influences.
Ensuring my practice is evidence-based is important to me. My main therapeutic modalities are eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I am also trained in exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD.
