Approach

Schema therapy is my favoured psychotherapeutic approach and chair work. This approach is helpful for people who have been stuck with repeating patterns of psychological emotional and interpersonal problems, who might have tried counselling and other approaches, but not achieved recovery. Trained also in other evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches.

I am inviting private clients to approach me wanting schema therapy or EMDR.  I currently work three days a week in an DHB adult mental health recovery team and two days a week privately (Friday and Wednesday). Please contact me to enquire about availability.
