Hello, I’m Dr. Amira Fathimath, I am a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, strengths-based, and solution-focused counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges. With a strong academic foundation and extensive experience in counselling, I provide a compassionate and empowering space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and personal growth.

I understand that seeking support can be a big step, and I am committed to walking alongside you in a way that honours your unique experiences, values, and cultural background.

My counselling approach is holistic, client-centered, and integrative, drawing from a range of therapeutic models to suit each client’s needs. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring a supportive and meaningful therapeutic journey.
