Welcome. I hope you find some useful information here but feel free to be in touch if you have further questions.
I am Pākehā, from Scotland, and been living and working in Aotearoa New Zealand for 20+ years. My experience supporting others includes a variety of community, academic, and prison settings. I am dedicated to client-centered and empowering practice.
I will listen with respect and without judgement to help you work out what your next steps are. You might be able to tell me a little or a lot about what you are facing. Sometimes we aren’t really sure what the issues are or have trouble putting it in to words – I can help with that. We will work in partnership to help you be how you want to be in the world.
I am trained in a variety of ways to support you –
- Registered Practitioner Member of the Drug and Alcohol Practitioners Association of Aotearoa-New Zealand (DAPAANZ)
- Post Graduate Certificate Health Sciences (Alcohol and Other Drugs)
- PhD (Adult Education and Communication)
- In-person - Tuesdays - Spinks Cottage, 129 Dixon Street, Wellington
- Online - Monday-Friday
- $120 per individual session
