Guy Cousins

Psychotherapist

If life feels overwhelming—if you’re anxious, struggling in relationships, or facing self-doubt—I provide a calm, supportive space for meaningful change.

Many of my clients are men, but I also welcome women seeking a grounded, thoughtful therapist. I understand that working with a male therapist may feel unfamiliar, but I offer a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. Real transformation happens through deeper understanding and connection. Whether you’re navigating stress, grief, life transitions, or unhelpful patterns, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and others.

Therapy can help you gain insight, shift unhelpful patterns, and build deeper connections. Many clients notice an easing of symptoms within the first month, with lasting improvement over time. If you’re looking for thoughtful, engaged therapy in a supportive space, I welcome you to get in touch.
