My counselling approach is rooted in a humanist philosophy, where I prioritise your unique experiences and value your personal perspective. I take a pluralistic approach, drawing from a range of techniques and approaches to best support your individual needs. FAQs

Q How long are sessions? How much are sessions?

- Sessions are 55 minutes with 5 minutes for admin.
- First Sessions are $80, Follow-up Sessions are $125.
I have a sliding scale available if needed.
- I am available at weekends and late nights.
- I can work via email if you prefer writing therapy.

Q What areas do you specialise in?

I have experience in counselling situations like parental narcissism, recovery from abuse and starting over.

I specialise in areas of life transitions like job changes, breakups, infertility, miscarriage, life after loss and post-natal mental health for parents. Infertility can result from issues that arise like endometriosis, PCOS, adenomyosis and infections like PID.

Q What areas of education are you trained in?

- I have a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Counselling and Addiction Studies.
- I hold a Provisional Membership with NZ Association of Counsellors (NZAC)
- I have a Supervisor and a cultural Supervisor.
