Personalised Therapy to Help You Thrive

Feeling overwhelmed? You’re not alone — you deserve care, compassion, and support.

Life can be messy and unpredictable. Maybe you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, addiction, or just that lingering feeling that something’s not quite right. What you’re feeling doesn’t define you — it’s just part of being human.

Reaching out for support isn’t a weakness. It’s a sign of strength, courage, and hope. You deserve care, understanding, and the chance to feel better — and I am ready to walk alongside you.

I’m a counsellor based in Johnsonville, and I bring more than just professional training to this work — I bring lived experience. I’ve been through tough seasons, and I know what it’s like to feel stuck or overwhelmed. That’s what led me to psychology and counselling in the first place — and it’s why I care so deeply about creating a space where you feel truly heard and supported.

My approach is grounded, compassionate, and collaborative. I’m not here to “fix” you — I’m here to walk alongside you, help you untangle what’s going on, and find a path forward that feels right for you.

If you’re ready to talk, I’m here.
