Life is for living. But life can get tough leaving you feeling stuck and isolated. I’m here to provide effective personal environment where we work together to find relief and get back on track; learn to cope with difficult situations; resolve conflicts internal and with others; deal with traumatic events; find direction in life.
I have supported people from all walks of life through various life events and transitions for 20+ years. In therapy I use different methods – eclectic – including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, ACT, schema therapy, gestalt, EMDR, EFT etc. All are welcome – no issue is too difficult and every pain is worthy attention.
