I have supported people from all walks of life through various life events and transitions for 20+ years. In therapy I use different methods – eclectic – including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, ACT, schema therapy, gestalt, EMDR, EFT etc. All are welcome – no issue is too difficult and every pain is worthy of attention. I offer an informal, approachable style of communication. Down to earth way of interacting that allows us to go deep and find resolution. I offer a safe place for short term and long term therapy, face to face and online sessions.
