This large and light therapy room has become available in the historic Spinks Cottage in Wellington’s CBD. The cottage is on the grounds of St John’s Church which provides a peaceful background and is an easy walk for most Wellington-based clients.

The rooms in the cottage are leased to various clinical psychologists and other therapists which helps to ensure a private and quiet work environment. There are two waiting areas, two toilets, and a full kitchen within the cottage which are available to all tenants.

The room is on the upper floor and has good natural lighting and various seating options.

Available: the room is available on Fridays from August 2024.

Cost:

• room rent is $80 per day (GST inclusive)
• covers power, wifi, and access to a printer
