Libby Glading

Every Day Growing

Hi, I’m Elizabeth, but you can call me Libby!

I’m passionate about supporting teens and young adults on their journey to mental well-being. With a degree in Health Science, majoring in Counselling, I specialise in helping individuals navigate the complexities of anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, AOD, trauma, and relational issues—whether it’s their relationship with themselves, others, or their environment.

I believe that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to guide and support you as you uncover new insights about yourself, your emotions, and your experiences. Together, we’ll work in a collaborative way, exploring the areas of your life that need attention, healing, or growth. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of methods and theories to find what best suits your unique needs.

Whether you’re struggling with stress, feeling disconnected, or simply seeking clarity, I’m here to help you build resilience, self-awareness, and confidence—empowering you to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.
