Counselling Services

Our relationship with Change is regularly part of our lives: sometimes we want it but can’t get it, whilst at other times we don’t want change, yet it is thrust upon us.

I journey with clients to explore their existing strengths – strengths they already have which may be drawn on to support them through their chapter of Change. We can also find ourselves going deeper into the past to examine the elements which have contributed to the present.

Counselling Approach

I work with clients to support them in the mode that seems a comfortable and easy fit for them. I draw on a range of approaches including EMDR, Trauma-Informed Practise, Person-Centred Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). I also utilise Creative Expressive Approaches and Sand Tray Therapy, if these approaches seem to be a good-fit for clients.
