Lovely, professional rooms available in New Lynn

Two fully furnished rooms available for rent on a half-day or full-day basis. We are looking for other mental health professionals, who are registered with a professional body, to share our space.

The rooms are set within the Totara Health building, on Level 2 alongside a podiatrist’s office. The space is very welcoming, quiet and hugely convenient for our clients. Both offices enjoy natural light and views of surrounding New Lynn. Both rooms come with seating, storage and a desk and wall furnishings.

There is a dedicated wait space for clients in between the two rooms, access to bathrooms and a full kitchen is also available.

The clinic is extremely accessible as it is right next to the New Lynn transport hub. There is also free parking available for clients.

Rates:

• $80 + GST – half day (Morning 8 – 1pm, Afternoon 1.30pm onwards)
• $110 + GST – full day
• This includes room rent, power, water, unlimited WiFi, access to kitchen and bathroom/shower.

Availability:  all rooms are available during the week from 8am to 7pm and in the weekends between the hours of 9 to 2pm.
