We all face life transitions like moving in and out of new jobs or roles, becoming a parent, moving into (and out of) relationships, and changing cities or country. Change can be exciting and energising; it can enrich our lives, and there can be things to leave behind. The change process is often messy and uncomfortable. It can temporarily impact our functioning and emotional well-being, triggering anxiety, low mood or adjustment difficulties. I aim to offer a space where you can talk about what you are experiencing in a way that supports new insights and develops skills to help you through the change process.
I am a clinical psychologist with 18 years of experience in mental health and well-being. I have a warm, non-judgmental and compassionate style, and I use my experience and evidence-based skills and knowledge to work collaboratively with you to achieve success toward your goals.
I use an integrative approach drawing on skills and knowledge from CBT, ACT and EMDR therapies while incorporating attachment and family systems theories and mindfulness approaches. I am also trained in multiple parenting approaches, including Incredible Years, Circle of Security PCIT, PCIT Toddler and Watch Wait Wonder.

Fees & Payment
Appointments (initial and ongoing) are for 60 minutes. Payment in full is due at the time of the consultation and is payable by bank deposit.
Should an account remain unpaid after an appointment, future appointments may be postponed until payment is received. In the very unlikely event that debt collection services are required, the cost of these services will be added to the amount owed.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled for any reason without 24 hours notice may be charged the full fee. This is because there is insufficient time to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
Failure to attend a booked appointment without any notification will incur the full fee, which will need to be paid before future appointments are made.
