I am an experienced psychotherapist working in Ōhinetahi (Governor’s Bay) and Ōtautahi (Christchurch), Aotearoa New Zealand. I work mainly with adults and with a range of issues. I offer supervision to other counsellors, psychotherapists, and those in people-helping roles.
I have a background in counselling and psychotherapy training, group work, and contemplative spirituality.
