Counselling/Therapy Services

Feeling anxious or down? Looking to make some positive changes in your life, relationships, and career? Unsure of your next steps?

I believe that people need to be supported, and sometimes challenged, rather than ‘fixed’ and that my clients are the experts in their own life and experience.  I draw on a range of cutting-edge psychological approaches to help people to navigate the challenges of todays fast-paced world and find success according to their own personally defined standards.   I work with people from all works of life, from senior leaders in the public sector, to entrepreneurs, school leavers, and those looking to feel more confident in themselves or find new direction.  I am especially passionate about working with people in creative fields, high performing professionals, and small business owners.

Counselling/Therapy Approach

My approach is very client centred, and tailored to the unique needs of the each individual. I am curious, and seek to really understand you as a person with a unique story. I integrate a wide range of therapeutic techniques that may include CBT, ACT, positive psychology, strengths and mindfulness-based approaches. Please do get in touch for a free 15 minute session to find out more about my approach and whether we may be a good fit.
