Details:

This immersive, science-backed training is designed specifically for psychologists, psychotherapists, and counsellors who want to confidently integrate meditation into their therapeutic work. Tailored for those with an existing understanding of the psyche, this three-module program bridges the gap between theory and embodiment—offering a clear, practical, and trauma-aware approach to teaching meditation. With an emphasis on nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and emotional integration, the course blends ancient meditative wisdom with modern neuroscience and psychology.

Whether you’re deepening your personal practice or ready to share meditation with clients, this training will give you the tools, structure, and confidence to do so—with integrity, clarity, and evidence to back it.

What You’ll Explore:

  • The nervous system in meditation—beyond theory, into felt experience
  • Ego structures, parts work, and identity through the meditative lens
  • Attachment vs. authenticity and how this shows up in practice
  • Accessing and integrating subconscious content
  • Meditation as inquiry and self-guided emotional processing
  • The physical, emotional, and psychological benefits of long-term practice
  • Understanding consciousness beyond concept—as direct awareness
  • The adverse effects of meditation and how to create psychological safety for students

To teach meditation is to hand someone the key to their own inner sanctuary – something few people know they already possess. We’re not teaching people to transcend life – we’re teaching them to meet it with clarity, compassion, and courage.

FAQs

Q Who is this training for?

This training is designed specifically for registered psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, and other mental health professionals who want to deepen their understanding of meditation and learn to safely and effectively integrate it into their therapeutic work.

Q Do I need to have an existing meditation practice?

We recommend that participants have some personal experience with meditation, even if it’s not consistent. However, the training also supports those newer to meditation to develop a sustainable, embodied practice that complements their professional work.

This program goes beyond surface-level mindfulness techniques. It offers a trauma-informed, science-backed and experiential understanding of meditation rooted in both Eastern contemplative traditions and modern psychology.
