Supporting Individuals and Families
If you are seeking professional support for yourself or your child, I am here to help. Together, we can navigate life’s challenges, foster personal growth, and work towards a brighter future.

As a counsellor with extensive experience working with adults, youth, and families, I am deeply committed to empowering individuals to overcome difficulties and achieve their full potential. My ongoing pursuit of a master’s degree further strengthens my ability to provide evidence-based, compassionate care to those I support.

Approach and Values
My approach to counselling is holistic and client-centred, focusing on each person’s unique needs and circumstances. I integrate a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques. By tailoring interventions to your specific goals, I aim to empower you with the skills and resilience to improve your emotional well-being and make meaningful changes in your life.

I value empathy, active listening, and creating a trusting therapeutic relationship. Inclusivity, diversity, and cultural sensitivity are central to my practice, ensuring that every client feels respected and understood.

Counselling for Young People
I have significant experience supporting young individuals as they face a variety of challenges, including academic pressures, social and behavioural concerns, and family conflicts. I am particularly passionate about helping teenagers navigate the transition to adulthood, assisting them in setting meaningful goals, exploring career options, and developing important life skills.

By creating a safe and non-judgmental environment, I encourage young people to express their thoughts and emotions openly. Whenever appropriate, I involve families in the counselling process, fostering a collaborative approach to support lasting growth and well-being.
