Niamh Doyle, Clinical Psychologist

EMDR and trauma therapy

Kia ora

I’m Niamh Doyle, and I am a Clinical Psychologist from Ireland with a compassionate, approachable style.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from all walks of life.

I’ve helped adults recover and heal from stress, adversity, and trauma in a variety of settings. My gentle and supportive approach is informed by my understanding of complexities of the various traumas.

When you decide to work with me I will focus on creating a safe, nurturing space, to respect your choices, your autonomy, to empower you to tap into your own  inner resources and your strengths, and to support your growth and self-healing.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Neuropsychology, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Alongside my formal qualifications, I’ve trained in Narrative Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Attachment-Based Family Therapy, and mindful and somatic approaches to trauma.
