Counselling/Therapy Services

If you have an issue that upsets you or worries your loved ones, colleagues or health professionals, you would benefit from talking it through with someone outside the situation. You would find that teasing it out with a caring, respectful therapist will help view things with ease and clarity. I provide a place where together it is possible to bring fresh insight into your life. Building on that understanding, you can look at the situation with renewed strength and wisdom. Changes are possible in observing what you are already doing; then there is the choice to update old beliefs, and expectations, of how things work.

Working with a psychotherapist will help come to understand your behaviour, thoughts and concerns. With greater understanding and compassion you have more acceptance and choice over thoughts, emotions, and behaviour. This greater control has far reaching effects on relationships, bringing satisfaction and joy to your life.
