Psychotherapy and Counselling Practice Rooms for Rental

We are a long established group of nine independent psychotherapists and counsellors working on one floor of a multi-rise heritage building, looking to welcome new practitioners to join our warm collegial group, on either a part-time or full-time basis.

We work in a highly accessible location downtown in Wellington on Featherston St with excellent proximity to public transport, and close to shopping, waterfront, and cafes. There are a variety of rooms of different sizes and availability. The rooms are accessible either by stairs (we’re on the second floor) and also lifts

Shared spaces include a sizeable waiting room and a basic kitchenette and bathrooms.

Rates:

• Daily room rates vary depending on size and natural light.
• There are options for either full day or part day rental.
• Each room is furnished and ready for a new practitioner to move in.
• Power, internet, and consumerables such as tea and hot and cold water are included in the rent.
