Q Background

I have always enjoyed listening to others and helping people. I was involved in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) trainings for many years, using NVC as a counseling approach before training as a psychotherapist. During my training, I spent over two years as a psychotherapist intern at an eating disorder clinic. Upon moving to Hawke's Bay, I volunteered as a counsellor at the Heretaunga Women's Centre and continued my private practice online and in person. Originally from California, I moved to New Zealand in 2006, living in Tauranga and Auckland before moving to Napier. Let me know how you would like to be contacted (phone, text, email). I look forward to meeting you.
