Looking for a 2025 part-time therapy room near the University of Canterbury?

My therapy room is available for rent on a part-time basis, with flexible hours including day, evening, and weekend options.  This could either start now, or in 2025. I will be going on maternity leave from March 2025, so I am subsequently looking for an ongoing long term agreement with a suitable colleague.
