With nearly two decades of experience, I am a dedicated counsellor passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and strengthen their emotional well-being and relationships. Registration / Membership:
- Member, Registered with NZ Association of Counsellors (MNZAC)
Qualifications:
- Diploma of Counselling
- Post Graduate CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
Additional training in:
- Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Emotiontionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT)
- Badder Pearson Developmental Model (Couples Therapy)
Appointments and Availability:
- I currently have some availability for both couples counselling and individuals. I offer a free initial ten minute consultation by telephone.
- Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm
- For evening appointment times please enquire.
- Zoom services available. This service is offered only if you are not in a crisis situation. (If you are in a crisis situation, please visit the following website for 24/7 support - healthed.govt.nz/products/helplines-and-mental-health-services-)
Fees:
- Individuals: $150 inc GST (50-60min)
- Couples: $215 inc GST (80-90min)
- Payment can be made by Internet Banking or cash at the time of session
- Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full rate.
