Ruby Keith

Ruby Counselling Service

Connection and meaning are key aspects of counselling. Through empathic relational connection, I support the client to strengthen their connection to themselves and others.

Counselling involves developing:

  • self-awareness,
  • ability to be fully present,
  • identify and change unhelpful patterns of relating with yourself, your environment and others.
  • growth in self-worth.

I work with each individual client and tailor my therapeutic approach according to their needs and wants. Although, I mainly draw from person-centred and solution-focused therapy modalities, I often integrate aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I have a special interest and experience with cultural and neuro-diversity, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
