As a fully registered counsellor with over a decade of experience in education, forensic, drug & alcohol, EAP, and private practice settings, I provide compassionate and skilled support to adults, couple’s, and adolescents facing a wide range of challenges.
In our sessions, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain clarity, and discover new ways to navigate life’s difficulties. Whether you’re seeking to feel more confident, improve your relationships, or develop coping strategies, my goal is to help you create a meaningful and fulfilling life.
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), somatic techniques, and mindfulness, tailoring my methods to meet your unique needs. My approach is also culturally responsive, ensuring that your background and experiences are fully respected in our work together.
Let’s work together to help you feel empowered, more in control, and ready to take on the challenges you face.
