Spacious Therapy Room for Rent on the Terrace

Located in a welcoming and professional practice, this very spacious therapy room is available for sub-lease on Mondays, Sundays, and every second Saturday. It’s fully furnished with gorgeous character desk and bookshelf, warm lighting, leather chair and couch, and a few plants to lighten things up. The room comfortably accommodates 8–10 people, making it perfect for individual sessions or small group work. (If doing group work with more than six, you’d need to bring in a few chairs from the kitchen). It’s equipped with air conditioning  – heat and cooling functions – and I do all the cleaning and provide tissue supplies for your convenience. All you need to do is leave the room the way you found it!

Cost:

• Sub-lease fee is $70 +GST per day, under an ongoing weekly rental agreement only – with some fee flexibility if rented more than one day per week.
• Minimum one-full day rent per week.
